Napavine City Hall was packed with citizens as Nick Bozarth was sworn in as mayor at the start of a council meeting Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008. Bozarth, 22, a Napavine native, won a landslide election over opponent Jim Haslett to replace Robert McNelly.
