Clay and Winn Hartzell, owners of a plant nursery business in Winlock, put up a personal power-generating wind turbine on their land on Monday, March 2, 2009. The couple said the 45-foot apparatus will help them generate credits for their energy bills and it represents the first turbine of its kind in Lewis County.
