The Carson and Barnes Circus arrived in Chehalis Thursday for a two-day stint at the Southwest Washington Events Center at the Yard Birds Shopping Mall. Hailing itself as the “World’s Largest Tent Circus,” the venue can seat up to 2,000 people and requires more than 100 employees and performers to operate. For the cost of $8 for children and $12 for adults, attendees get a nearly two hour show of traditional circus favorites.
