Seattle monument builder Dominic Gospodor claims to have built the world's largest weather vane along Interstate 5 in South Lewis County. Although he has been embroiled in controversy over the monuments in the past, Gospodor says Lewis County building codes don't require him to get a permit for his latest creation, because it contains a flag.
